Some are excellent at crunching numbers to analyze comps and the market and recommend appropriate pricing. Some are well versed in marketing and can write the most appealing “sell” copy as well as be strategic about the most appropriate marketing activities. Some have a keen eye and talent for staging, décor, landscaping, and getting each photo perfectly set. And some can troubleshoot a listing that isn’t selling to identify changes that need to be made to move the needle and get it sold.
