Over an 18 month period, he showed me well over 100 different properties north, south, east and west of the Plaza. Some we looked at multiple times. Which means he probably drove me around at least 150 times -- and he banged up his car when he slid on the ice trying to park on a steep-incline street in front of a place we were looking at in the dead of winter. After he sold me my condo, I listed with him the home I'd moved from, and he didn't run screaming into the night when he saw how much work I needed to do to get it on the market. He sold a Gladstone fixer-upper in 5 months in the absolute dead of winter with a foot of snow on the ground, and I couldn't have been happier. I was truly amazed at the number of prospective buyers who saw the place over the winter. Tom Suther was brilliant to work with. We were coming from out of town, so he helped us coordinate to see as many properties as possible in one day, and then he found us the perfect home. Through the whole remote closing process, he actively helped make sure all parties had everything they needed and were essential in facilitating the completion of our whole closing process. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was ready in our home. And, he even came to drop us off our keys late in the evening when we arrived at our new home. I always could count on Tom to respond to all emails, texts, and calls within just a few minutes. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. We worked with Tom Suther in finding and buying a new home. Tom was very informative and patient, and we were a difficult client to help, as our interests/needs/wants kept changing. Tom never got frustrated with us and happily helped us through four different offerings on four different properties. We very much appreciated Tom's diligence, which included showing up for and working with us through two different inspections (and his recommendation for an inspector was spot on), helping us view properties before they were even on the market, and keeping us focused as we got overwhelmed.
