Tom got his start in real estate as an investor, but in 2007, when he saw the economic writing on the wall, he decided to explore other options. Tom’s friends told him that, with his personality, work ethic and Einstein-level knowledge of the Kansas City housing market, he would be a good realtor. They were wrong—Tom is an exceptional realtor.
Tom came out of the gate in 2008 and has been a perennial top producer since. He has represented clients in 256 transactions. The sales volume of those transactions?…a jaw-dropping $109,675,311.
Tom is a big-picture guy, but pays attention to the smallest detail. He’s a pricing genius, an astute analyst, a number crunching machine, a fast responder, an all-things-Kansas-City savant, an experienced veteran, and a trusted counselor who is always the level-headed calm during the storm.
Look at it this way, if your next real estate transaction were a flight, you’d want Tom to be your pilot. It will likely be one of those smooth and on-time ones. Or it could be one of those a-little-bit-bumpy-but-everything-will-be-okay ones.
