This house was built in 1900, and if you spend a bit of time walking around the exterior, you'll see that they "don't make them like this anymore"...Solid foundation, all brick 3-story home in Union Hill. As you can see from the interior photos, it needs everything. All windows except front facing windows are thermal replacement. I didn't list out the rooms, because most will be "rearranged", but the floorplans show previous kitchens/bathrooms/bedrooms. The house was split into multi family in the past, and some of the ceilings in certain rooms have been opened up to show there is another couple of feet to the original ceilings. There is an alley on the East side of the home, as well as parking in front, on both the driveway and the street.
